Why haven't I heard of this before?
That's a Really Good Question
At one time, I had to ask myself the same question. I had surrounded myself with a lot of smart people. I have traveled around the country on several business trips, for many years, always looking for new & improved ways of helping people. I had always associated myself and learned from a lot of sharp, ethical people. How, after all these years, could there still be something new under the sun that could help my clients far better than what the majority of advisers were doing? Was it really possible for me to be that blessed? In a word: Yes!
The rest of the story: These strategies & planning concepts are not really new. They are just rarely used by the mainstay of the planning community. Different pieces of the puzzle have been out there, but, seldom put together to maximize the benefits for your total picture. Maybe, it takes them too much of their time before they actually get around to making any money from the planning. Maybe they work for a big chain of planning stores who do not want to go outside their cookie cutter approach. Mostly, I believe these are strategies used by the ultra wealthy and you should be using these strategies as well.

Finally, I started remembering all the knowledge that I used to not have, yet, now I take for granted. Yet, so many of these things that I know now, have greatly improved my life and attitudes. For many that are on this site, this planning has already or is about to set them free by improving their lifestyle & retirement future exponentially!
