I have found that there is a sea of financial advisors out there all promoting the same stale advice.  Pour more in, don't worry about the losses.  As many people now know that is bad advice.  Two or three years of losses can wipe out decades of savings.  I have sought out the most cutting edge startegies that have one theme: guaranteed not to lose money while still paying a competitive rate of return.  So, in a sea of advisors I have gone out into the wide open Blue Ocean to find methods that are not being utilized and clients that are not being served.  I believe I can do more for your wealth by stopping the losses.

He is a leading financial strategist who focuses on helping hard-working Americans grow their circle of wealth through conservative, yet cutting edge, financial strategies.Bob is a pro at finding money that  is unknowingly and unnecessarily being lost.  This equates to two losses: not only did you lose the money but you also lost the interest the money could have earned!

Background

In the 1990’s Bob begin investing in real estate and built a sizable portfolio of rental properties in and around the Virginia Beach area.  In 2006, seeing the excessive pricing of real estate, he sold off most of his portfolio.  Also, during the early 1990s he built a computer consulting firm which grew to a half million dollars in sales in 5 years.  With the deregulation of the telecom industry, Bob sold the computer business and started a telephone company in South Carolina which grew to nearly a million dollars in sales in 16 months.  He sold the telecom business in 2001 and returned to real estate by building high end custom homes.  After seven years of successfully building homes and having helped several friends with investing ideas, in 2008 Bob decided to enter  the financial services industry.  Blue Ocean Wealth Strategies was founded with the idea to find sound strategies and conservative methods which others are not utilizing.  Bob is a graduate of Virginia Tech and loves spending time with his family at the beach and racing in triathlons.

Making A Difference

Since the age of 16 Bob has been investing in the stock market and real estate.  Having a knack for successful gains and seeing others struggle with their savings and retirement, Bob launched Blue Ocean Wealth Strategies to help the wealthy and those who want to become wealthy build a solid plan they can count on.
